Jany’s Hors d’Oeuvres
Fresh basil leaves, washed and dried and cut into pieces the size of a dime
Mozzarella cheese, cut into bite-sized pieces
Sun-dried tomatoes, softened and cut into bite-sized pieces
Put the ingredients onto decorative toothpicks. Serve at room temperature.
If the tomatoes aren’t packed in oil, pour boiling water over them and soak them until they soften.
These are great at Christmas time because of the colors of the ingredients.
